At Paul Maynard & Associates - also referred to also as PMA - the information you provide to us is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. PJM will not disclose or distribute, sell or pass on, any non public customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer notwithstanding day to day business. .

Ownership

Financial responsibility for all goods made to order will be that of the purchaser including any or all taxes, freight, and other from the receipt of a written order. An order may be received via e-mail, fax or post and will be confirmed before proceeding. Regardless of the location of any goods, ownership of all and any products/items produced including any samples, prototypes and displays, shall not pass from PJM to the purchaser until all due invoices from that purchaser have been paid in full.

Artwork Copyright

All artwork seen on this site belongs to and is used here with permission of the original owner . All usage of any item from this site by a third party for any reason is illegal without the permission of the owner. PJM are able to give permission for use of any product images that they have created - all other inquiries must be addressed to the appropriate owners.

Use of Product images and for display/sample purposes

We are proud of our production and like to show off. We would like to be able to show the products we make for you on our web site and in our product displays. We see it as a two way street - after all, as the golden rule says that All Advertising Is Good Advertising . Please let us know if you DON`T want us to ever use a image which your product, i.e. your logo on a watch model. If any product with your property is used by PJM on our web site for example/advertising purposes it will ONLY be of the finished purchased product unless otherwise agreed - for example a production video. PJM also undertakes NOT to display your product as an example of specific price, excluding a broad price range.

We don't quote prices on this site to protect the integrity of our customers ranges - a lot more is involved than a basic unit cost and so each production is unique. However full a full price offer for your design is available to you by simply e-mailing us

1. your budget = how many do you need at what price?

2. Your target and your feel for what you want to achieve.

3. Any preferences you have so far re product type, packaging etc...

Payment Terms

No production will commence until artwork has been approved in writing and the requested deposit has been paid. Delivery times vary according to product, and will be stated on your quote. PJM and all associated entities take no responsibility for the non delivery of any order beyond law of South Australia. Terms are 50% deposit at time of your personalised order and the balance due 7 days after receipt of your products.

Our Service to you prior to payment

Starts with talking to you about what you want to achieve and then showing you what we think will work. If you like it, we go ahead and do some designs that we all work on until finished. At that point production of your products can begin!

Testimonials

All clients can advertise through our site by sending us your Testimonials.

We will not state a specific price along side your images and all aspects of copyright will be maintained.

We are unable to guarantee that a specific testimonial will be included on this site and if is is, how long for.

All customers are welcome to have your own page on our site. This can be very useful simply as an advertisement on the screen.

This arrangement is free of charge for a minimum of three months. This allows you to have a Presence whilst researching and advertising.

And
We are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the South Australia without giving effect to any principles of conflicts

of law. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed sever able from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by Paul J Maynard & Associates.
